We also offer a variety of seasonings & spice mixes, some of which contain Black Garlic powder for poultry, red meat, fish and vegetables, as well as, Black Garlic & Mushroom Pate.  Black Garlic is extremely versatile as a seasoning for virtually any recipe and has many of the health benefits associated with raw garlic.
